My therapeutic approach incorporates aspects of my training and experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practice. I have a particular passion and clinical expertise working with individuals experiencing prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety disorders and I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). Additionally, I have experience working with individuals around disordered eating (specifically binge eating) and weight management.
