My name is LAU ren, a pastry chef and food stylist from Amsterdam. After graduating from my bachelor in Marketing and Communication I moved to London to do a patisserie course at Le Cordon Bleu. Back in Amsterdam, I started my first company: Life of Pie Amsterdam. In a small conservatory on the canals, the company and my love for baking grew. Together with a great team, we worked around the clock to turn each and every cake into a masterpiece. Last summer I moved to Barcelona and founded Casa de Pastel.
