We are a team of two, Yifat M.(Technical Learning and Development Manager in Intel Sports) and Sophie G. (Instructional Designer in Intel Sports). We provide a learning and development services for the Intel Sports R&D as well as Operations and Production, while keeping our accountability, autonomy, and flexibility, both in terms of scheduling- and idea-based changes. We believe that learning and development are important for both corporate and personal improvements. Our team has a considerable expertise in developing various types of training solutions and learning experiences that fit both learners (employees) and organizational needs.
