We believe all children have the right to an education. We look beyond the complex, and sometimes challenging circumstances of each pupil to find the potential within... The majority of our pupils have experienced turbulence in their schooling and many have severe, complex, or profound needs that have a significant impact on their cognitive development, their social, emotional development and their communication skills. We aim to support pupils in a safe school environment, and work closely with parents, carers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes, to maximise life chances and ensure they can be as independent as possible... We believe every child has the right to an exciting, varied curriculum to meet their individual needs. By Curriculum we do not just mean work in the classroom. A range of carefully planned interventions and therapies help to develop the child as a whole.
