Hamish McLennan

Jim Sottile is leader of the law as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Light & Wonder, overseeing the Company's legal strategy and operations. Jim brings more than 30 years of experience working across multiple industries. He is an accomplished legal strategist as well as an intentional, experienced leader who hates legalese and loves poetry. Jim was most recently with Jones Day, where he was a partner in its New York office. A stellar attorney, he was named as a notable practitioner by Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers from 2005-2018 and recognized in The Best Lawyers in America from 2011-2018. Jim received his J.D. from Georgetown University and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. Jamie Odell joined the Board of Scientific Games in 2020 as Executive Chair after serving the Board and CEO Barry Cottle as a senior advisor since May 2019. Mr. Odell focuses on investments in technology start-ups in both Australia and the U.S. as co-founder of an Australian private assets growth fund, in partnership with Ellerston Capital (JAADE Private Assets Fund), which currently has over $300M FUM. He is currently a Non Executive Director of CAMMS Group, a private company which develops software solutions in Global Risk, Strategy and Project Management. Previously, Mr. Odell served as the CEO of Aristocrat Technologies from 2009 to 2017. During his 8-year tenure as CEO, Mr. Odell led a successful, global transformation of Aristocrat which elevated its industry leadership, attracted the industry's top talent and delivered significant returns for investors. Aristocrat is now a top 20 company within the Australian Stock Exchange and has a market capitalization of around $20 billion. Kneeland C. Youngblood joined the Board in 2018 as a director. Mr. Youngblood is the founding partner and chairman of Pharos Capital Group, LLC, a private equity firm that invests in the healthcare and business services sectors. He also serves as a director of Mallinckrodt plc, a specialty pharmaceutical company, a director of TPG Pace Holdings Corp and a trustee of the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System. Formerly, he served on the board of directors of Gap Inc., Burger King, Energy Future Holdings and Oncor Electric Delivery. Mr. Youngblood graduated from Princeton University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts and earned a doctor of medicine from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School in 1982.

Maria T. Vullo

Maria T. Vullo joined the board of Scientific Games in 2019. Ms. Vullo previously served as the Superintendent of the New York State Department of Financial Services (the "DFS") from 2016 to 2019 where she was responsible for the regulation of New York's financial services industry. Ms. Vullo managed an agency staff of 1,400 employees with a budget in excess of $250 million. Prior to assuming the role of DFS Superintendent, Ms. Vullo was a litigation partner for 20 years with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. She is an experienced trial and appellate litigator in civil, criminal and regulatory matters. In addition, Ms. Vullo served as Executive Deputy Attorney General for Economic Justice under Attorney General Andrew Cuomo in New York State. In that role, Ms. Vullo supervised the Bureaus of Investor Protection, Real Estate Finance, Antitrust, Consumer Protection, and Internet. Ms. Vullo was twice nominated by the New York State Commission on Judicial Nomination to be an Associate Judge of the New York Court of Appeals. She also has served as a member of numerous nonprofit boards where she has assumed leadership positions.

Matt Wilson - CEO, President

An experienced Gaming industry executive, he is an accomplished leader known for driving greatness, delivering double-digit growth, capitalizing on new business opportunities, and developing strong customer relationships. In his previous role as Light & Wonder's Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming, he led the strategic growth plans for the Gaming team while overseeing product development, production, supply chain and sales of the Company's Gaming products, systems and services. Prior to Light & Wonder, Matt served as President and Managing Director, Americas at Aristocrat. Michael J. Regan

Michael Lorelli - Chief Strategy Officer, EVP

Michael Lorelli thinks up the master plans as Light & Wonder's Chief Strategy Officer. Michael joined the Company in 2020, initially serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy. He played a key role in the MacAndrews & Forbes share sale, led the divestiture processes for the Lottery and Sports businesses and spearheaded the development of our new strategic plan to become the leading cross-platform global games company. He, along with his talented team, manage strategic planning, corporate development, and integration for L&W. Michael has more than a decade of experience in leading teams to strategic greatness and operational improvement. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at DJO, a global provider of high-quality orthopedic devices. There he ran the strategy, corporate development and continuous improvement functions through a period of intense restructuring for the company. Prior to DJO, Michael was a Director at Dell for more than five years in various roles across the Strategy, Procurement and Supply Chain functions. Before this, he worked for Alcoa on cost transformation work during the financial crisis. Michael started his career at McKinsey & Co. where he developed his ongoing passion for partnering with great people to solve novel and complex problems in ways that create superlative value. Michael received his JD in Law from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. After planning and strategizing for the Company, he will often be found playing one of L&W's many great games, his favorites being Ultimate Fire Link, Quick Hit and Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em.

Michael Marchetti

Michael Marchetti joined the board of Light & Wonder in 2024. He previously served as a director of SciPlay Corporation. Throughout his career, Mr. Marchetti has held various leadership positions in both gaming companies and financial institutions. Mr. Marchetti is currently CFO of Age of Learning, Inc. - creators of ABC Mouse.com. Prior to Age of Learning, Michael was CEO of Buffalo Studios (creator of the popular Bingo Blitz franchise), where he recruited the full executive team, growing the company from a dozen employees to more than 60 and led the cross-platform efforts that brought Bingo Blitz to mobile devices. Mr. Marchetti started his mobile and interactive career as a founding executive and Chief Financial Officer of JAMDAT Mobile in 2000, one of the first mobile game companies in the U.S. He was instrumental in JAMDAT's highly successful IPO in 2004, JAMDAT's purchase of the Tetris rights in 2005 and the acquisition of JAMDAT by Electronic Arts (EA) in 2006 for $680 million. At EA, Mr. Marchetti held various senior executive roles between 2006 and 2011, leading multiple platform and business model transitions for mobile, online (SVP & GM of Pogo) and social games. Oliver Chow - CFO

Oliver Chow is Light & Wonder's head of numbers as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Oliver oversees the Company's global financial strategy to support sustainable growth and maximize long term shareholder value. He oversees the Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Facilities, IT and Procurement functions of the Company. He is a seasoned financial executive with more than 15 years of gaming, banking and entertainment experience in financial leadership and operational roles. His strong leadership ability has led to enterprise process improvement, change management and developing a high performing team to provide continuing opportunities to succeed. Oliver joined the Company in October 2022 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance. Prior to joining the Company, Oliver spent over five years at Aristocrat where he last served as the Gaming CFO of the Americas, EMEA and Customer Experience Solutions. His previous finance experience in various other industries include banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and entertainment with Deluxe Entertainment Services. Oliver earned his Executive MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management. He is also on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Southern Nevada, where he serves as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair. When he's not crunching numbers on his fingers, he loves hitting jackpots in Jackpot Party, while listening to the Dave Matthews Band on repeat.

Rich Schneider - EVP

Rich Schneider is the man behind the curtain at Light & Wonder, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer. Rich brings his people and product expertise to the Company to push the status quo and lead the product development team on the exciting journey to become the leading, cross-platform global games company. In this role, Rich oversees L&W's land-based gaming product strategy, enhances collaboration across platforms and furthers the Company's position as the industry's product and technology leader. A proven leader in the gaming industry, Rich has 30 years of experience in creating and delivering gaming products. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Chief Product Officer at Aristocrat. He also held executive roles at Walker Digital Table Systems, Acres Gaming and numerous leadership roles at IGT. Rich knows what makes a good game. An advocate for open standards, he was a founding member of the Gaming Standards Association and served the organization as a Board Member and as its Vice Chairman. Rich is a passionate outdoorsman and lends his time to Save Red Rock Canyon. Rich graduated from University of Nevada Las Vegas College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree. If Rich is not thinking of the newest product, he might be casting a line for bonuses in Super Reel ‘Em In.

Roxane Lukas

Roxane Lukas is Light & Wonder's top human potential champion as Chief People Capability Officer. Roxane is a powerhouse with passion for creating environments where leaders and the teams they lead can do their best work. She is accountable for ensuring Light & Wonder's People Capabilities are in place to meet the evolving needs of the dynamic global business, that leadership capability at all levels is a key reason we win, and why Creators love to create here. In this role she leads the People executives for each business, and the People executives overseeing our Centers of Expertise - Corporate Social Responsibility; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Rewards; Talent Management; Learning and Development; and our People Systems and Service Center functions. She is an outcome driven strategist, architect, coach, and a facilitator of healthy teamwork, drawing from her multiple career experiences building, scaling and leading People functions. Her specific focus areas include organizational and leadership development, mentoring, talent management, executive coaching and overall operating culture. Roxane is dedicated to finding creative ways to build mutually beneficial experiences for our Creators and the company. She was previously the Chief People Officer for Scopely Inc., and TechStyle Fashion Group, where she shaped people strategy, built and led the global People Team, and scaled leadership practices during critical years of change, maturation, and performance. Roxane held various HR executive positions at Electronic Arts (EA), including VP, Global HR for the interactive division including mobile, social and led the team through business transformation and all the talent challenges of worldwide growth that underpin business outcomes. Always working to lend her talents to others through guidance, Roxane is a mentor to women early in their career and an advisor to early-stage companies. She is a life-long learner, a Certified facilitator of IMPAQ's B State's Breakthrough Leadership Team System and certified in Soul Centered Facilitation and "CHH" (Consciousness, Health and Healing) from the University of Santa Monica. Siobhan Lane

Siobhan Lane is a senior global gaming executive with a track record of driving business results through strong strategic and executional alignment, with a focus on building high-performing teams and an engaging culture. As Light & Wonder's Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Gaming, her superpower is overseeing all aspects of our land-based Gaming business, demonstrating an innate desire to bring teams together to do their best work. Prior to being named CEO of Gaming, she served as Light & Wonder's Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer and led the North America region of the Gaming business. Throughout her distinguished career, Ms. Lane has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader by Global Gaming Business, one of the Gaming Industry's Most Influential Female Leaders and, most recently, was named to the Global Gaming Business 2023 25 People to Watch List. A strong advocate for women in Gaming, Ms. Lane serves as the 2nd Vice President on the Global Gaming Women (GGW) Board of Directors. Born in Ireland, Ms. Lane graduated with distinction from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business and also completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephen Morro

From 1988 to 2010, Mr. Morro held various roles at International Game Technology PLC, including as President, North American Gaming Division, and Chief Operating Officer, from 2005 to 2007 and 2007 to 2008, respectively. Mr. Morro has over thirty years of experience in the highly regulated gaming industry as a supplier, operator and regulator.

Tim Throsby

Tim Throsby joined the Board as a director in 2020. Mr. Throsby brings extensive financial and business development experience to Scientific Games. Most recently, Mr. Throsby served as CEO of Barclays Bank Plc and President of Barclays International where he designed and executed a comprehensive restructuring to help transform the performance and culture of the organization. Under Mr. Throsby's leadership, Barclays Bank Plc doubled its return on tangible equity (ROTE) over a US$20 billion top line portfolio of businesses. Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Throsby was the Global Head of Equities at JP Morgan, during which time he led the business to become one of the top firms in the industry. Earlier in his career he served as President of Citadel Asia, where he was instrumental in establishing the Citadel Investment Group's business across Asia Pacific and Japan, growing a 120-person team over three years. He previously held leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Macquarie Bank. Mr. Throsby currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Silver Creek Pharmaceuticals and Lumos Global, a solar power generation company. He earned his Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney, studied jurisprudence at the University of Oxford and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Toni Korsanos

Toni Korsanos joined Scientific Games Board as Executive Vice Chair in 2020 after serving the Board and the Company as a senior advisor. Ms. Korsanos brings extensive experience in the gaming industry and expertise in technology, finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and financial and regulatory compliance to the Board. Previously, Ms. Korsanos served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of ASX-listed Aristocrat Leisure Limited where she was a core member of the senior leadership team, which drove a highly successful turnaround that elevated Aristocrat's leadership in the industry. In this role, she led all finance functions including treasury and investors relations, and oversaw the majority of Aristocrat's corporate functions, including strategy, global supply chain and human resources. During her career with Aristocrat, Ms. Korsanos gained a significant understanding of the U.S. market and regulatory environment and led a number of transformational cross-border technology acquisitions. Ms. Korsanos is a Member of Chief Executive Women and a non-executive director of Treasury Wine Estates Limited. Previous directorships include Crown Resorts Limited, Webjet Limited and Ardent Leisure Limited. Victor Blanco is the head tech wizard at Light & Wonder, serving as Chief Technology Officer. Victor's passion and innovative energy drives the Company's technology organization and ground-breaking ideas into fruition. In this role, Victor works closely with our corporate and business unit leaders to ensure that L&W is leading the digital transformation across our industry and strategically amplify our great games with the latest tools and technologies. Victor is a pioneering technology leader who is passionate about delivering products that range from low power embedded devices to scalable services in the cloud. Most recently, Victor served as Chief Technology Officer at Aristocrat where he was instrumental in building the technology strategy and organizations that contributed to a successful turnaround for Aristocrat's land-based gaming business. He also led Aristocrat's expansion into social casino and casual games and launched Aristocrat's office and technology hub in Austin. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Victor served as the director of software architecture for HTC supporting the launch of the Google's first Android smartphone. Victor also held multiple software engineering roles at Microsoft where he was part of the team that developed the first Xbox game console and online gaming service. Victor graduated from Texas A&M University, is an avid traveler and huge fan of classic 80's arcades and pinball. Virginia E. Shanks

Ms. Shanks most recently served as the Strategic Advisor for Penn National Gaming, Inc., a casino entertainment company, until December 2019, following its acquisition of Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. ("Pinnacle"). Previously, Ms. Shanks served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Pinnacle, a casino entertainment company from July 2013 to October 2018, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from October 2010 to June 2013. At Pinnacle, Ms. Shanks was responsible for all company-wide marketing strategies and had oversight of food and beverage, hotel operations, guest service, information technology and gaming operations. Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2010, Ms. Shanks was the Chief Marketing Officer for Multimedia Games, from 2008 to 2010, where she led product strategy, project management and investor relations. Before joining Multimedia Games, Ms. Shanks held senior executive positions for more than 25 years at Caesars Entertainment Corporation (predecessor to Caesars Entertainment, Inc.), where she was responsible for setting overall corporate brand strategy and overseeing sports and entertainment marketing, strategic alliances, consumer insights, retail, public relations and nationwide casino promotions. Ms. Shanks also serves on the board of directors for Altria Group, Inc. since 2017 and the board of trustees for EPR Properties since 2019. She has previously served on the board of directors for Global Gaming Women, an independent non-profit organization whose mission is to support, inspire and influence the development of women in the gaming industry, and Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada.
