Roshni Ghosh

As a producer, Roshni Ghosh caters to identifying intriguing new endeavors and collaborators for the company's shows and films. She performs in a producorial capacity on ongoing undertakings as a highly driven and innovative content producer. Breaking the mold with novel formats, locating fascinating and relevant tales, and figuring out fresh and engaging ways to disseminate stories have always given her an adrenaline rush. Roshni previously worked for Emmay Entertainment and Motion Pictures, where she oversaw the content vertically and was involved in all aspects of greenlighting projects for films and series. During her time there, she was instrumental in the creation and execution of successful series such as The Empire, Rocket Boys, and Mumbai Diaries.

Scott Anderson - Founder

Scott Anderson co-founded Locomotive Global Inc (LGI) in 2012 and was an initial investor through his media company, Anderson Media Group (AMG). LGI is an entertainment company focused on building media properties for India including the 2023 Netflix release of Rana Naidu, a localized version of Showtimes hit series Ray Donovan. In 2021, LGI sold a controlling interest in the company to Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment (CSSE). Scott founded AMG in 2006 with the vision of building AMG into a global television and new media content distribution business. Since inception, AMG has leveraged its strong studio and industry relationships to execute both the sale and acquisition of content rights for its clients.

Sunder Aaron has lived and worked in India for the past 19+ years. Aaron is a principal with Locomotive Global Inc. (LGI), the media company he founded with its investors in 2012. LGI was recently acquired by Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment (NASDAQ: CSSE). LGI's primary focus is to incubate and launch new India oriented media and entertainment businesses. Its present activities in India via Locomotive Global Media, its Indian subsidiary, include content development and production, programming sales and distribution, and television broadcast and OTT platforms.LGI has several premium scripted projects in various stages of production, financing, and development, including Rana Naidu, the Hindi language adaptation of Ray Donovan, the long running and award-winning Showtime series. The series has been commissioned by Netflix India and stars Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh. From 2002 until 2012, Aaron served as Executive Vice President for Sony Pictures Television Networks India. He was Country Manager for both AXN and Animax from 2005 to 2008, and his primary responsibility was as General Manager for PIX, the Sony network group's English language movie channel in India, which he conceptualized and launched in 2006. Aaron also co-owns and manages "The Q India", a Hindi language general entertainment television channel aimed at Young Indians, 20-30 years old, that is broadcast nationwide in India.Prior to moving to India, Aaron served as Vice President, International Networks for Sony Pictures Television International. Aaron also conceptualized and produced several Original TV Series while working with Sony Television Networks. Prior to that, he was co-founder and chief operating officer (COO) of Cinema Entertainment Group (CEG), a startup entertainment media company with a Board of Advisors that included Mike Medavoy and Bob Pisano. In the past, Aaron has also held positions with Encore International, Liberty Media Group, Gotham Entertainment Group and J. Walter Thompson, NYC.
