LOAKAN CHARITY FOUNDATION

Our mission is to: (1) provide the financial means whereby (academically qualified but financially challenged) high school graduates can pursue and complete their college education, and (2) provide its members financial assistance as necessary... We provide college scholarships to academically qualified but financially challenged youth in the Philippines. Loakan is where the Philippine Military Academy is located. Our advocacy is a way of giving back to the Academy and sharing the blessings we received to provide opportunities and perpetuate the fulfillment of youthful dreams.
