As a community enrichment program, the organization provides Congolese-Americans and Congolese immigrants with an environment to develop and enrich sportsmanship, competitive zeal, and academic excellence through the use of recreational activities. Ilunga as the founder and president of the organization sold cassava leaves to raise funds for an annual soccer tournament for the Congolese community hosted in cities across the US, Le Tournoi du 30 Juin. The funds raised recorded an impressive success rate in the financing the soccer tournament. Subsequently, there was a high demand for cassava leaves in the community. In view of this, Ilunga established Logi Foods, Inc. to meet the pressing needs of the people in the community.
