As an instructional leader, I consider myself a continuous learner always searching for better ways to reach our students and prepare our teachers for success. At Locust Fork Elementary School, we belong to a team of professionals who are always searching for ways to improve teaching and learning. We want our students to know and believe they can do and be anything they want to be in life. I also believe educators are placed in students' lives to prepare them for a successful future in the workforce or higher education and to also serve as their advocates. I believe students need to experience problem solving, collaboration, and perseverance and develop a strong work ethic. When students leave Locust Fork Elementary School, we want them to know that being a good human being with moral character is just as important as being an academic scholar... We are a team of professionals who are passionate about teaching and learning and who strive to help ALL students become productive citizens..
