Prior to joining London Legal Search, Elizabeth worked in real estate with executive relocation both nationally and internationally relocation as a Realtor licensed in Texas & Florida. She was a Senior Sales Executive at National Arbitration & Mediation Services in Great Neck, New York, her hometown, prior to moving to Wellington, Florida. Currently, Elizabeth and her family reside in The Woodlands, Texas. She received her BS in Speech Communication with a minor in Business from State University of New York at Oneonta, studied for her MBA at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, NY.

Laura possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of the lateral moves made by attorneys and law firm hires worldwide for that spans the past two decades.

Laura received her B.S. from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Sales and Marketing. Laura previously worked as a Managing Director at Audrey Golden Associates. Prior to her career in legal recruiting, Laura was a National Sales Director and Vice President of Sales for a major clothing manufacturer for over 12 years.
