LUMEN STRATEGY

I founded Lumen Strategy, Ltd. to help citizens interact with their government and to help the government serve their citizens... I have been working with and in local government since 2005, when I began working with a third-party agency to provide Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code services to municipalities. Since then, I have developed many municipal ordinances from property maintenance codes, to Subdivision and Land Development and Zoning Ordinances.
