Maata-N-Tudu Association is a Financial Non-Governmental Organization (FNGO) in Northern Ghana. We believe that the key to development in Ghana is the empowerment of Women, therefore all our programs incorporate a targeted gender-based focus. Operating in the three Northern Regions, we economically empower our female members through the provision of microcredit. In order to assure the success and sustainability of our financial services, we also implement several specialized human rights initiatives in local communities... As an organization, Maata-N-Tudu is structured upon a foundation of moral integrity and strong community relationships. The history and success of the organization and it's programs has allowed for the formation of respect and trust within the local communities.
