Mr. Al-Ghamdi holds a Diploma in Business Administrations from Imam Mohammad Bin Saud Islamic University. He has formerly worked in different entities, for instance AlInma Bank, Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets, Al-Hurriti Trading and Contracting Company, Tamkeen HR and AMN&WAFAA for Security Guards & Money Transfer. He attended many workshops and seminars related to labor systems and human resources.
He has Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management from King Saud University and Master's Degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Information Systems Management) from California University. Mr. Fawzan has more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis and management where he currently assumes the position of CEO at Shiyadh Commercial Land Company (Joint Stock Closed Company) and worked before for the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (Salic) - a company owned by PIF - as a financial analysis manager and head of economic researches and studies section. He also worked for Samba Financial Group where he managed to achieve gradual progress across credit and risks department and then moved to join the management team as a team leader. He is a member to a group of companies.
He has Bachelor's Degree in Financial Administration in 2010 from Price Sultan University and Certificate of Investment Portfolio Management from New York Financial Institute in 2013 (including CME-1 Certificate). Mr. Basil has a great experience and assumed multiple positions where he worked for Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Company as a portfolio manager at Operations Department in 2020, alternative investment manager with Real Estate Development Fund from 2018-2020, investment funds manager at NOMW Financial Company from 2014-2018 and fund manager assistant for Investor Securities Company from 2012-2014. He is currently a member to the BOD of Al Noor Fund, a fund managed by BLOMINVEST.
He has two Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Science (Information Systems) dated 2009 and MBA dated 2014 all from Prince Sultan University. Besides, he obtained the General Securities Qualification Examination Certificate (CME-1) and many other certificates in IT as well as system and business analysis. Mr. Al-Ghamdi's 15-year career helped him work in both government and private sectors, including the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). He moved up the career ladder in the management department in both Saudi Payments and the Excellence Center as an Analyst and Business and Systems Developer. Additionally, he took part in several business and investment activities across different sectors. As a private advisor, Mr. Al-Ghamdi joined restructuring private companies and managing businessmen's wealth. Meanwhile, he has the lion's share in Marifa Capital and serves as its Chairman. In 2021, he founded the Arabian Walhun Entertainment Co.

He has practical experience in the field of financial and investment market institutions in the Kingdom for more than 16 years, during which he worked in financial companies as a financial manager and responsible for financial safety, performance reports, budgets, financial planning, and all matters related to the Zakat and Tax Authority, He also has practical experience in Aaudit field and its work, and his experience varied in many commercial, industrial and tourism activities over 10 years in the office of Malik and Partners in Cairo. He holds a certificate of dealing in securities CME-1, holds a membership in the Egyptian Public Finance and Taxes Association in 1996, holds a chartered accountant degree. In 2001, he attended several professional and financial planning training courses.
