And we never forget how important our homeowner customers are to us!... FLIC Luminaries is the only luminarias manufacturer in America for permanent decoractive luminarias, and solely operated by senior citizens... FLIC Luminaries originated online back in 2003 and was owned and operated by the Flicker Luminary Improvement Company, LLC. The company was comprised of several neighbors who had been using traditional paper bag luminaries previously which brought them to the vision of creating a permanent-built luminary that would also be much safer than the traditional paper bag and candle.
