My creative road has not been a straight and narrow path, but a broad, winding and scenic road. I've spent time in retail fashion, window staging, display advertising design, sales, early childhood education, and non-profit event planning as well as offering styling assitance to family and friends... For the last sixteen years I have been the Creative Director for Lang Furniture, a commercial furniture manufacturing company that my husband, Lyle, and I own. My duties at Lang Furniture have been a cornucopia of creativity, where I have gained a wide range of experience developing unique room atmospheres. Staging showrooms and photography sets for our furniture certainly ranked highest on my list of favorite things to do. I've had amazing opportunities to design furniture, work with global décor paper manufacturers, develop new print catalogs, oversee website make-overs and establish marketing plans and promotional materials.
