MEDITATION IN CHELTENHAM

Akanishta KBC is a registered charity (no.1125213) whose purpose is to promote meditation and Modern Buddhism. We want everyone to experience lasting inner peace and freedom from suffering through developing a peaceful and positive mind. The centre is run entirely by volunteers and dedicated students. Everyone is warmly welcome at Akanishta KBC and our branches in the Gloucestershire area. We are a member of the New Kadampa Tradition and we teach meditation and Buddha's advice for daily life, to help everyone solve problems and find the peace and happiness they seek in a way that's easy to understand and apply to everyday life.
