MgO Systems Ltd. was founded in 2013 by Todd and Vanessa McKay after watching their family home be rapidly engulfed in flames after an electric heater in their garage malfunctioned. Thankfully, the McKay family was unharmed, but a lifetime of memories were destroyed in a matter of minutes... At MgO Systems ("MGO"), we recognize that traditional materials for constructing walls, roofs, and floors demonstrate unacceptable performance when it comes to fire, water, corrosion, insects, and energy efficiency - and we are not willing to settle simply because "that's the way it's done"... MGO's innovative product development and approach to construction has caught the attention of North America's green-build movement due to our natural alignment with sustainable building practices.
