The talent is plentiful in urban as well as rural India. Youths from rural India also have very big dreams and full potential to achieve their dreams. But many of the youths cannot fulfill their dreams due to lack of guidance to tap the available career opportunities. On the other hand, many youths from the rural area have succeeded in finding their ways to a successful career with great difficulty and now want to give back to the community in some or the other way. Mentor Yuva project is a platform to connect these two. Mentor Yuva is a non-profit initiative and works on the principles of volunteering and collective efforts... Once you are matched with a mentee, either you can initiate the conversation or you can let the mentee initiate it.
