Our key focus at Meru Projects is education and we support remote communities in building schools so that everyone may have access to education. . Our latest project is Arnakot School Located in the foothills of the Himalayas. The Arnakot school provides primary education to students from the surrounding localities. Through our partnership with the Karma Flights, a Nepali based NGO we assisted in funding a new building for the school including the construction of a computer lab operated by solar and a large battery supply for reliable use throughout the school year... Meru Projects is supporting director Craig Leeson on the production of 'A Plastic Ocean', one of the most awarded environmental documentaries, and described by Sir David Attenborough as "the most important film of our time" to drive awareness on one of humanities greatest issues, Micro and Nono Plastic Pollution and its serious health affects...
