At Abbott Laboratories, he ran sales and marketing for the critical care business and was responsible for the Canadian Hospital Product's Division. He was CEO of Somanetics Corporation (Troy, MI), a public company, from early development until its sale to Covidien. He was also CEO of Ornim Medical (Israel), a private venture capital backed medical device start-up.
