As the head of the Microsoft practice for Microexcel, Mr. Sypek oversees the global development and delivery teams for the entire Microsoft technology stack. With over 15 years in the industry, Mr. Sypek has experience in various industries including healthcare, Insurance, hi-tech software, non-profit, CPG, and financial services. Earlier in his career, as a technology professional, architecting, designing and developing solutions using Microsoft technologies, Mr. Sypek gained valuable expertise in a variety of technologies and platforms that has benefited Microexcel's customers with progressive and innovative solutions. Mr. Sypek is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Technology Specialist in SharePoint and a Microsoft P-Seller. Mr. Sypek is a recognized thought leader throughout the Microsoft community and has presented at many user groups and conferences across the US. You will frequently see him around Microsoft Campus' in NY, NJ, Chicago and California, where he is facilitating business seminars and strategizing with Microsoft on the future vision of their partnerships.

With over 15 years in the industry, Mr. Vaidya currently is responsible for program and presales for the Microsoft practice in the UAE, as well as global delivery for other business units within Microexcel. He has vast experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics and also leads this service line for the company. Throughout his career, Mr. Vaidya has led teams ranging from 20 to well over 200 in Microsoft technologies and is pivotal in ensuring quality processes and delivery of projects of all sizes, across geographies. Mr. Vaidya has worked across the globe in a variety of industries and holds a Master's degree in Computer Management from the Pune University.

Ms. Poonam Bhuchar serves as Microexcel's immigration counsel and is a founder of Bhuchar Law. She has over 12 years of experience in corporate immigration law and was a former partner at Kumar Pathak, LLC and managed the firm's immigration law practice. She has deep experience managing the immigration practice for two other firms. In her prior experince, Ms. Bhuchar worked for Merrill Cohen and Associates, a boutique Immigration Law Firm in New York City where she gained experience in complex immigration cases with Fortune 500 and multi-national companies. Ms. Bhuchar has been entrusted as immigration counsel for many global IT companies and other businesses.

Nirmal Mehta Co-Founder and President 54% Mr. Mehta co-founded Microexcel with the goal to build an organization that was deeply committed to its core values, its customers and its employees. As the President of the organization, he takes a personal interest in developing teams and leaders and invests significant time in interacting with them for feedback, ideas, and continuous improvement of processes. Mr. Mehta attended the Mumbai University and manages the day-to-day operations of the company and is accountable for the people and profits of the organization while maximizing client satisfaction and overall growth.

Mr. Simon co-founded Microexcel in 2001 and currently resides as the CEO and global Sales Head of the company. With a degree in Electronics, Mr. Simon's career stems from a rich background in information technology holding management and leadership roles in sales and consulting. With over 15 years in the industry, he has had the pleasure of working in various verticals with organizations across the globe. He is passionate about helping customers become more competitive through the innovative use of technology and as the global head of sales for Microexcel, he is responsible for ensuring the best service and performance possible for customers.

Seth Bates is the Delivery Manager for the Microsoft Practice at Microexcel. His job entails the oversight of all US-based project engagements as well as management of the practice's staff of highly skilled technology consultants. Prior to Microexcel, Seth served as the Senior Director of Technology at Private Client Resources, managing a hybrid team of onshore and offshore technologists, vendors and partners, in the development of financial services software. Before PCR, Seth was Director of Solution Delivery for a New York-based Microsoft Gold Partner Solution Provider specializing in SharePoint-based business solutions. Bates has co-authored multiple SharePoint publications including SharePoint 2010 User's Guide: Learning Microsoft's Business Collaboration Platform, is published in industry leading magazines such as Dr. Dobb's Journal and has presented to both business and technical audiences at industry conferences. Bates has over 18 years of experience engineering business solutions, primarily using Microsoft technologies. With experience in all phases of the software engineering life cycle, he brings a broad mix of analysis, design, implementation and organizational management expertise to his work.
