Dr. Tara Schaab

Join us in welcoming Dr. Tara Schaab, a fellowship-trained retina specialist, to the team at Minnesota Retina Associates. Dr. Schaab specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases including macular edema, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vascular diseases. She also specializes in retinal imaging as well as in-office procedures, including intravitreal injections and retinal laser. Dr. Schaab just relocated to Minnesota from San Antonio, Texas where she was working as a member of the Retina Faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Schaab grew up in the Midwest where she earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago, and completed her medical school education at Indiana University School of Medicine. She then completed ophthalmology residency at Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, and a fellowship in Diseases of the Retina at Northwestern University. Dr. Schaab is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. With a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, we know that our patients in Minnesota are going to enjoy working with her! Marni G. Feldmann

Marni Feldmann, M.D. is an ophthalmologist at Minnesota Retina Associates specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases with a particular interest in age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vascular diseases. She also specializes in retinal angiography and ocular imaging as well as office treatments, including lasers and intravitreal injections. Dr. Feldmann has been practicing ophthalmology since 2007. Dr. Feldmann completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her residency in ophthalmology at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, and a fellowship in Diseases of the Retina at Northwestern University. Dr. Feldmann is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of several medical professional societies including the Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. She is also a fellow with the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Outside of the office, Dr. Feldmann enjoys reading, biking and paddle boarding on Lake Minnetonka.
