MLDC

The Microfinance Agricultural Learning and Development Centre (MLDC) was established July 03 2017 and fully incorporated November 09 2017 as a strategic response to the capacity development needs of the microfinance banks and the larger microfinance practitioners in Nigeria. MLDC is one of the initiatives of the Nigerian Microfinance Platform (NMP). This followed the recommendation from its Working Group on Capacity Building/Organizational Development whose diagnostic report had identified strong evidence of fundamental capacity deficits with serious consequences for the development and growth of the sub-sector in Nigeria in line with international best practices... ATC, under MLDC, aims to be a skill-building hub in Nigerian agriculture, offering management and technical training.
