Judge Henson is now of Counsel with The Law Offices of Matarazzo & Lubcher. Judge Henson served as a Workers' Compensation Judge for over 20 years. During his Judicial service, Judge Henson was a Supervising Judge of the Toms River Vicinage and an Administrative Supervising Judge for multiple Vicinages throughout Southern New Jersey. Judge Henson was elected by his colleagues and fellow Judges as President of the New Jersey Association of Workers Compensation Judges (NJACW) in 2018 and held that position until his retirement in September of 2021. At the time of his retirement, Judge Henson was the longest full time sitting tenured judge in the Workers Compensation Court. Judge Henson served under four different Labor Commissioners and three Chief Judges of the Workers' Compensation Court, during his 20 year career on the Bench. Judge Henson started his career as an assistant Ocean County prosecutor and earned the Supreme Court designation of Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Judge Henson served as a solicitor for multiple municipalities and was an approved defense attorney for the joint insurance fund. He has extensive trial experience in criminal and civil matters at the State, County, and local levels. Judge Henson is an active member of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court. Judge Henson is a Master of the Bench.

He explains, "I practice workers' compensation law because those who produce for all the country all too often get the short end of the stick. With my help, they can get their due when they are injured at work." Mr. Matarazzo graduated from Widener University Law School in Wilmington, Delaware, in 1995, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellent Achievement in Torts I. He is active in numerous legal organizations.

Steven Lubcher has been defending workers' rights in the Garden State for over a decade. He graduated from the University of Florida with Honors in 2003, and from Rutgers University Law School in Camden, NJ where he received a Juris Doctor degree in 2007. Steven Lubcher has been defending workers' rights in the Garden State for over a decade. He graduated from the University of Florida with Honors in 2003, and from Rutgers University Law School in Camden, NJ where he received a Juris Doctor degree in 2007. At Rutgers, Mr. Lubcher interned at the Montgomery Child Advocacy Program in Pennsylvania, acting as an advocate for mentally and physically abused children who can't seek their own counsel. He has always stood on the side of the disadvantaged and supported their rightful claim to justice. Prior to starting the Law Offices of Matarazzo and Lubcher, PC, with Steven Matarazzo, Steven was a Judicial Law Clerk in the Camden County Superior Court, and worked in private practice where he focused on representing the injured worker. He is active in numerous legal associations. Mr. Lubcher is a Mets, Knicks, and Giants fan and a fan of the Florida Gators. Mr. Lubcher resides in South Jersey with his wife, Sophie, and enjoys spending his free time with friends and family.
