Founded in 2005 by Ali R. Kashani, MPI has completed acquisition, entitlement and construction of multiple projects including student housing, market-rate as well as affordable rentals using tax-exempt bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)... MPI Homes, a subsidiary of Memar Properties, Inc. (MPI). is a versatile infill development company whose principals have completed affordable, market-rate and student rental housing in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1984.
