Aliysa Rajwani, BDS, MPH currently works as the Assistant Director of Performance Improvement at Tufts Medical Center. Prior to that Aliysa worked at Cambridge Health Alliance in the areas of process improvement, value-based care and population health. Aliysa is trained as a dentist from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai and practiced clinically prior to working full time in Quality Improvement. She also holds a Master in Public Health degree with a focus in Health Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Aly Mitchell is a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) with 20 years of healthcare industry experience including quality improvement, operations, and training. Aly is currently a Business Analyst with Community Care Cooperative (C3), a MassHealth Accountable Care Organization created by Federally Qualified Health Centers. Her most recent previous roles include Quality Transformation Consultant with UnitedHealth Group working with ACOs in New England to improve clinical quality measures & Medicare risk adjustment coding performance; and Health System Director, Ambulatory Quality with Covenant Health overseeing the strategy for clinical quality, population health, and value-based programs. Aly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from University of New Hampshire.

Lauren has been a healthcare quality improvement professional since 2011, and held multiple roles at Boston Children's Hospital as a Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator, QI Data Analyst, and QI Consultant. Lauren is currently a Senior Program Manager in Population Health Management at Point32Health, where she uses QI and project management methodology to implement, evaluate, and continuously improve population health programs. Lauren received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington and completed a Master of Public Health at Boston University. Lauren lives in North Attleboro, MA with her husband and their dog.
