Nicholas Carr is the President of Nicholas Carr Oil. Nicholas began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1976 as a management trainee for Pacific Ocean's Oil & Gas. After joining several years of experience serving as a chief financial officer, He decided to launch his own Oil Rig Firm by partnering with his friend Timothy Borda and has since been a force to reckon with in the industry.

Russell Rider is Vice President of Operations for Nicholas Carr Oil & Gas. Russell joined Petrofac in December 2019 with 35 years of experience in Drilling Management. He began on special assignment, working closely with divisions to improve the industry. He is an inspirational leader and an expert on building oil rigs and developing team engagement programs. He has worked all throughout Washington, Northern California, and Alaska. Russell received an Associate's degree from Green River College and is a graduate of Portland State University.
