NISAD

NISAD stands for the National Institutes for Stress, Anxiety & Depression. We are a non-profit research collaboration that brings together work being undertaken on non-communicable diseases [i] in many countries... Very often people become unwell because they are not doing something that would help them be healthier. At NISAD, we assist people who would like to change their habits and behaviours so that they can lead healthier and happier lives... To this end, NISAD has created a number of products and services based on ELK (Emotional Learning & Knowledge) - an emotional competence model that can be used both for preventative and remedial purposes.
