The Norwich Housing Authority is involved with several other agencies in and around the community to improve the lives of our residents. This includes Chenango Housing Council, The Continuum of Care for Broome, Cortland, Chenango, Delaware, Tioga and Otsego Counties, Opportunities for Chenango, Improve Norwich Now (I.N.N), The Impact Project... The Norwich Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income families through the Section 8 and Public Housing programs.
