NORTH LOOP GALLEY

North Loop Galley is the launchpad for the most exciting new restaurant concepts in Minneapolis. Our mission is to cultivate and accelerate aspiring restaurateurs by providing a forum to showcase their capabilities, hone their craft, develop business acumen, and build a cult following behind their concepts. With four fully outfitted kitchens and over 150 seats, we provide the infrastructure for Chefs to bring their concepts to market at low risk and for low cost. The four Chefs at North Loop Galley will own their restaurants in our space and have the autonomy to run their businesses the way they've always dreamed. They set the menu. They hire a staff. They interact directly with the customer and build their following. North Loop Galley also features an elite bar program.
