NYCNC was created nearly a century ago as a Home for the Aged. In 1997 the doors opened to a newly built nursing and rehabilitation center, known as New York Congregational Nursing Center which developed new programs to focus on the rehab and skilled nursing needs of the community... New York Congregational Nursing Center's mission is to provide compassionate, individualized professional care in a culturally diverse, nurturing environment while promoting each resident's strengths, independence, self determination, spirituality and growth.
