Ocean Developments is the building and construction wing of Ocean Systems, a UK Limited company that was born in 1995. We've been in the property business for over 21 years which has seen quite a few highs and lows in the property market fortunes... During this time we have developed a core team of highly qualified 'can do' craftsman underpinned by a management team that understand how to run complex projects and importantly how to accurately predict and manage project costs.
