Alex is a seasoned entrepreneur who enjoys exploring and building new technologies in search of innovative solutions. He graduated as Valedictorian from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering. At Harris Corp, Alex developed and optimized low-level software to assist in the advancement of critical computer systems. In 2015, he co-founded Savizar Inc/DexterityDB, a patent-pending database technology that integrates into existing platforms to speed up large-scale data analytics. Currently, he serves as a managing member of DeX Group LLC, where he develops visual monitoring applications for logistics companies including Amazon and Wayfair. This wide breadth of experience in the fields of systems integration, data analytics, and UX, combined with his entrepreneurial leadership, makes Alex a great fit for the role of Chief Technology Officer at Qudos.
Alex is admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States Federal Courts, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Sklavos received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Union College and his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law where he received academic honors, and was declared the Clinician of the year award for his work with disadvantaged senior citizens. Mr. Sklavos was formerly a clerk to Justice Thomas Demakos of the New York State Supreme Court. He is a former adjunct professor of Touro College, instructing in Business Law and Real Estate. He is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, where he formerly sat on the Board of Directors. Mr. Sklavos' emphasis is in Commercial Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Real Estate and Family Law.

Brian is growth-oriented SaaS finance leader with experience scaling Finance for high-growth SaaS companies, ranging from startup to enterprise.

Jim is the President of Humboldt Moving and Storage and Jim has 30 years of experience in the mobility industry.
John didn't limit himself in the early days of my career as an accountant and underwriter. His deep-seated passion for the people in the insurance industry led to leadership positions at Longfellow/Arthur J. Gallagher, MountainOne, and Berkshire Insurance Group before John joined Brown & Brown as VP of Sales.

Mary is a founding partner of 42 North Capital LLC. Mary is responsible for the Firm's operations and capital management, including development and execution of its investment mandate; sourcing, structuring, financing, asset management, portfolio management, and disposition of the Firm's portfolio; and leading the Firm's capital raising, investor relations and compliance efforts.

Neil Anthony has a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and is a leading iOS and UI UX mobile operating system developer, a cinematographer, lead editor, and founder of New York Captures LLC, a premier production company based on New York. Neil has many years of experience in developing various mobile operating technology platforms. With his experience as an entrepreneur and tech enthusiast, Neil is 100% laser focused in building Qudos into a world-class platform to give both riders and drivers a much better experience than they are accustomed to.
Mr. Brivio joined Davidson Kempner in December 1989 and became a Managing Member in January 2002. Prior to that time, Mr. Brivio worked at Trinity Delta Corp from March 1988 to November 1989. He received a B.S. in Finance from Manhattan College in 1988. Robert has joined Qudos to assist in bringing our technology platform towards a successful outcome as well as advise on strategic initiatives

Roland P. Isaac is the President and Founder of Isaac Group Healthcare. Isaac Group Healthcare is a staffing and recruitment company specializing in the hiring and placement of healthcare workers in hospitals and healthcare facilities. He was employed as an Assistant Controller at Acadia Realty Trust, a publicly traded real estate company. He was a senior accountant at The Rockefeller Group. He was also a senior auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Isaac is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University Graduate School of Business in 1997 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University in 1991.
