Oregon QRIS Resources is managed by The Research Institute (TRI) of Western Oregon University in Monmouth Oregon. The Research Institute's Center on Early Learning (CEL) is administering Oregon's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) under the direction of the Oregon Early Learning Division. The QRIS will be a means of assessing, improving, and communicating the level of quality of an Early Learning and Development Program. This fits well with the Center's mission of "Improving the Quality of Care and Education available to all young children and their families in order to promote optimal development and full inclusion in their family, community and society"...
