Bob Luhrs - Founder, President

Bob is the Founder and President of Pacific DAS, he started the company in June of 2019. Bob has been in the wireless industry for over 40 years, beginning with 22 years at Motorola where he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, corporate account management, sales management, and training. He remained in the wireless sector in the indirect channel after leaving Motorola, allowing him to broaden his wireless offerings into other products and services, including extensive exposure to the Public Safety communications market. Bob became a significant influencer in the DAS market in Northern California when jurisdictions began to adopt ERRCS into their Fire Codes in 2013 and have managed hundreds of projects serving millions of square feet of office, residential and educational coverage. Bob is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Economics and resides in Danville with his wife Cheryl.

Paul Lockie - CFO

Mr. Lockie has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific DAS since its inception in June 2019. He is responsible for all finance, accounting, tax, IT, risk management, and human resource functions. Mr. Lockie has over 40 years of real estate and construction business experience which has included: 7 years at EY as their West Region Business Development Executive for the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction market segment; 5 years as a Vice President in the Real Estate practice of Woodruff-Sawyer, one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the nation; 18 years as a financial executive in the real estate industry which included 8 years as Vice President-Controller of San Francisco based Catellus Development Corporation, a $4 billion publicly traded REIT. Prior to Catellus, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Kimball Small Properties (KSP), a San Jose, California real estate developer and property manager. Prior to KSP, Mr. Lockie was an Audit Manager for EY-San Jose. A 1981 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (B.S.-Accounting, cum laude), Mr. Lockie is a New York State Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and also serves on the Board of Directors and is Audit Committee Chairman of G.W. Williams Co. a privately-owned $1 billion, San Mateo, CA-based company who owns and manages a diversified real estate portfolio in several markets across the United States.
