Mr. Dang Minh Duc obtained a Doctor degree in Law of State and Constitutional from Institute of State and Law in 2013 after gaining a Master degree in State and Constitutional at School of Law, Vietnam National University in 2006 and a Bachelor degree in Economic Law at Hanoi University of Law in 1997. Thanks to his logical thinking and competencies in thorough analysis and outstanding presentation due to multiple years working as a lecturer, he has played a crucial role in projects PDDC has been involved in. Since his participation in consultant team of PDDC, he has made positive contributions to consultancy activities carried out by PDDC with the output results fulfilling the strictest requirements from customers and gaining high appreciation from project stakeholders. Having taken charge of many different positions in the Institute for European Studies - Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences such as Researcher and Vice-head, Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Head of Department of European Political Studies and Deputy Director of Institute for European Studies, he has had a wide range of opportunities for being involved in a host of prestigious research works, projects and publications, including "Agricultural Insurance for Vietnamese Coffee Trees: Issues and Analyze the Necessity to Apply Agricultural Insurance" published in International Journal of Economics, Commerce and Management, UK; Vol. III); "The European Union Competition policy in the new context" published by Encyclopedia Publishing House in 2010, and especially the BPR subproject - Process analysis and reengineering under Project of Reduction of Non-Revenue Water; Strengthening and Expansion of Water Supply Network and Institutional Strengthening for Saigon Water Corporation Phase 2011-2015 (ADB Loan 2754) - in which he serves as the leader of the Consultant Team and KPI expert (this is the project PDDC is coordinating with Pyrenalia International to implement).

Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha worked for a variety of organizations and businesses including International NGOs in Vietnam, consulting firms, local and international technology development and trading companies. He previously worked with many foreign consulting companies such as Poyry Energy (Switzerland), Lahmeyer International GmbH (Germany), IDOM (Spain), Engconsult Ltd (Canada), Clexpout Outsourcing S.L (Spain) as well as technological solution providers and manufacturers such as Xanatos Marine (Canada) ), LSI (Italy), … as a partner in project promotion and business development in Vietnam. The projects that Mr. Ha participated in include: The Priority Infrastructure Project of Da Nang city (WB), Disaster Risk Management (WB4), Mong Duong 1 Thermal Power Plant project (ADB), the 3-line Metroline project of Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station (AFD-ADB), Ho Chi Minh City Water Supply Project (ADB-Loan 2754-VIE, package GD5 Information-Communication-Technology) etc. Mr. Ha also has many years of experience in handling issues, negotiating international commercial contracts; and experience in solving problems in a multicultural and multicultural project environment.

Ms. Xuan Nuong obtained an Environmental Engineer degree from Van Lang Private University in 2006 and then received a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in 2010. To pursue her career in human resources management and training that she loves, she decided to take some short-term training programs such as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) held by Pace Institute of Management, Train-the-Trainer (ToT) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Project Management Fundamentals by Institute of Financial Management and Information Technology in 2013. DDG Nguyen Thi Hong Hai completed her Master program in Sustainable Development at Hanoi National University in 2016 and completed environmental and social training courses taught by international experts of the World Bank. With profound professional experiences and the ability to analyze, evaluate problems, process data, DDG Hong Hai has directly participated in research, coordination and management of projects related to water supply, drainage and environmental sanitation, urban upgrading, infrastructure investment projects, climate change, vulnerability and climate risk assessment in Vietnam, as a consultant or project manager. The projects DDG Hong Hai participated in were large - scaled and used domestic and foreign investment capital such as capital from the WB, ADB, IFAD, SAWACO, etc., and greatly contribute to handling pressing society issues.

Mr. Nguyen Vo Minh Hung obtained a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering in Industrial System at Polytechnic University, Ho Chi Minh City and a master degree in Philosophy in Future Studies at University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa. He is considered to be an outstanding member of American Society for Quality and a technical member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, United Kingdom. He has been involved in PDDC's projects as a senior consultant of ISO and BPR. He used to work as a regional Manager of Supplier Development at Walmart in Southeast Asia and Oceania. He participated in Responsible Sourcing Academy program, supporting suppliers, strengthening the involvement of stakeholders and preparing reports on incidents. Before joining Walmart, he had served as a manager and executive on quality and sustainable development for Conforama (France) and Bilfinger (Germany). He always demonstrates his commitment to human rights and environmental protection during his employment. He possesses more than ten years of experience in quality management, health care, safety, environment and business analysis and restructuring (BPR). He also has wide experience and knowledge of ISO, EN, ASTM, ASME, JIS, etc. applied in myriad different fields. Having worked as the lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22001, ISO 50001 and obtained Product certification (CE, UL) and Laboratory management (ISO/IEC 17025), he has carried out over 300 audits in different fields. Furthermore, he is capable of establishing strategy and objective, monitoring and measuring performance of project working teams and companies.
