PAOLO CALABRESE

Paolo Calabrese (b. 1998, Bari, Italy) is a composer based in Stockholm dedicated to exploring alternative tunings, timbre research, psychoacoustic properties, and the interplay between physical, social, and spatial perceptual phenomena. Currently completing his BA in New Media at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bari, his artistic research began in 2017 in Bari's industrial-techno-hardcore scene, contributing to several EPs with ØHØI (2018-2021), where his fascination with repetition and permutation shaped his studies.
