We are Penang Green Council, established since 2011. It is mandated by the State Government to invest in vigilant green efforts. Our initiatives unite Penangites in realising our Vision, PGC as the central hub in shaping a green and sustainable future of Penang. We seek to empower everyone in practising sustainable habits that preserve our city and home because after all, everything should begin at home... Since inception to date, we work hard to uphold our founding purpose through innovating and facilitating creative green programmes for all ages and groups. These include partnering with corporates, training adult environmental educators, giving out well-known awards to outstanding environmentalists, and sowing the seed of preserving the Earth in the hearts of our youth.
