Since joining the practice in 1990 Andrew has been responsible for transport aspects of development proposals ranging from initial advice prior to planning applications to agreeing the Section 106 works for detailed design. Projects include urban regeneration, town centre and out of centre development schemes, care homes and a wide range of residential, retail and commercial schemes.
After graduating he worked for consulting engineering consultancies on a wide range of traffic and noise studies surveys and on detailed design. His work included the design and supervision of infrastructure projects at Bradley Stoke, North Bristol which at that time was the largest residential development in Europe.
Helen joined the practice in 2003 as a graduate, becoming an Associate of Peter Evans Partnership in April 2014. Helen's main role in the practice includes advising on transport matters for a range of uses including for education, healthcare, retail, residential and commercial, from feasibility advice through to transport planning for detailed applications.
Helen also is involved in developing Travel Plans from outline planning stage through to implementation.
Hilary joined Peter Evans Partnership in 1997. Since then she has project managed and advised on schemes at all stages of transport planning from pre-application feasibility to discharge of planning conditions and Section 106 works. Work has also included feasibility advice and evidence for Development Plans, accessibility appraisals for site selection and masterplanning. Projects have included town centre, brown field and new settlement schemes for retail, residential, commercial, education and healthcare from small scale to major developments.
Before joining the practice she worked for a multi-disciplinary consultancy. During a 12 month secondment to Laing/GTM she worked as a site engineer on the Second Severn Crossing.

James is an experienced transport planning consultant with a detailed knowledge and understanding of the development planning system. James has taken public and private client projects successfully through the planning process from feasibility to obtain both outline and detailed planning consent, discharging planning conditions and negotiating Section 106 Agreements.

Mark became a Director of Peter Evans Partnership in April 2014. He joined the practice in 1999 advising on transport matters for retail, residential and commercial projects from feasibility advice through to transport planning for detailed applications. Before joining the Partnership he worked for a multi-disciplinary consultancy on major road schemes and development projects from feasibility to preparation of detailed construction drawings. Mark has used his experience from detailed highway design to expand the practice in this area allowing us to offer advice to clients from feasibility stage through to construction. Mark is the Director responsible for our highway detailed design service including Section 278 and Section 38 works and advice on legal agreements for these works.
Peter Evans founded the practice in 1983. He continues to provide consultancy for the firm which has, over the past forty years, grown considerably. We're proud of the wide-ranging expertise within the company. Together we provide highways, transport and traffic advice to housebuilders, landowners, retailers and many other industries.
Peter founded the practice in 1983, since when he has been responsible for transport planning and traffic engineering studies on most aspects of land use planning and development ranging from major to local planning studies and small scale sites. He has acted as expect witness at public inquiries for many years.
Peter is now a Consultant to the practice.
Before founding the practice, he worked initially on Voluntary Service Overseas in Fiji then for consulting engineers on the planning, design and construction of transport schemes. Following his MSc he worked for an international planning consultant on urban and regional planning studies in the United Kingdom and overseas.
