Historically, the Weiner Pharmacy first occupied this building on Gay Street, along with a pool hall above it. In 1976, the McGaffney's, a native West Chester couple occupied the building and introduced the opening of Penn's Table Restaurant. In 1997, there was a tragic fire causing the couple to temporarily close the restaurant... Family-friendly spot serving traditional American breakfast lunch fare in laid-back surroundings since 1976.
