Pio Pio is a wine bar & chef's counter serving creative dishes from locally sourced ingredients. We are open Thursday-Sunday from 3pm. We offer a creative menu of small plates, tapas, and caviar served out of our 12-seat chef's counter kitchen. For those who can't get enough, we offer our Pio Pio Playlist Tasting Experience - a tasting menu featuring classic Pio Pio dishes along with some new additions, also available with an optional wine paring. Our chef-counter can double to offer wine flights, private tasting menu experiences and classes - bookable through Tock... Chef Ciarán Elliott and our Owner/Wine Director Laura Madera Nadal want to bring something new to the dining scene in Puerto Rico. We don't believe quality should be pretentious, and although we have Michelin-starred pedigree, we want you to feel at home in our space, blurring the lines between luxury and comfort.
