Formerly a Director of investment advisory firm MLS Capital, a Director of investment banking and advisory firm Grant Samuel, and a Manager of corporate finance at KPMG. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from RMIT University and has completed the company directors course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Formerly a corporate executive, management consultant and advisor with AECOMM, Lend Lease, Pacific Dunlop, KPMG, Coles, David Jones, Shape Australia and Simonds Homes. Ralph has technical and investment experience in most aspects of the property industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.
