Dr. Lorrie Rodrigue

Dr. Lorrie Rodrigue holds a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Teaching Foundations from Fairfield University. Lorrie received her Ph.D. in leadership from Northcentral University in 2013 and was inducted into the Education National Honor Society in 2012. Lorrie taught for Newtown Public Schools at both the Middle and High School levels and was the first teacher in the district to receive National Board Certification in 1997. Lorrie also served as Newtown's Professional Development Coordinator from 1998-2000 until her appointment as Assistant Principal at Newtown High School in 2000. Since then Lorrie has served as a principal of several schools in the area before becoming Newtown's Superintendent of Schools in 2017. A position she continues to serve. As a former CT Principal of the Year, Lorrie continues to learn and adapt throughout her educational career, Lorrie has been called upon to deliver staff development and lead panel discussions in curriculum, instruction, student management, and leadership for Sacred Heart University New Teacher Lorrie's publications include "Reality Check: Tracking the Stories of Our Graduates" (2010), which she co-authored with national educator and consultant Dr. Lois Lanning and "The Power of Student Work" (2016), both written for NASSP Principal Leadership Magazine.

John Frank

With thirty-seven years of experience in the staffing industry, his expertise ranges from being hands-on in the recruitment and placement of direct hire (retained and contingency), contract, and contract-to-hire personnel as well as client development, agency ownership, and industry trainer. Lindsay Oddo

Lindsay has experience in early childhood education as well as K-5 with a concentration in special education and social-emotional learners. She is employed in the public school system and is currently completing graduate studies to obtain her Masters in Special Education from the University of Hartford. Additionally, she is in the process of completing her Registered Behavior Technician certification. Lindsay has previously worked in the corporate world as the Marketing Coordinator for an international manufacturing company. She has also owned her own fitness gym and has worked as the Director of Development for a non-profit organization serving individuals with disabilities.

Sandy Hathaway

With over 35 years of staffing industry experience, Sandy's expertise lies in assisting various clients with the recruitment and placement of direct, contract, and contract to direct hire employees. Throughout her career, she has been acknowledged for her success in client development, client relationships, industry knowledge, training, and certification achievements. As 2020 evolved requests from clients and others to offer an expanded service to included private, virtual, remote, and pod education were unprecedented. In partnership with John Frank, and the assistance of strong, highly regarded teams of educators, mentors, and those with a strong desire to assist families and children navigate these challenging times.
