Carlos Beharie

Carlos Beharie is a Director of QuickClass. In his recent position as Senior Vice President and Senior Medical Director of HIP of New York, Dr. Beharie was responsible for the Care Management and Behavioral Health functions for its 800,000 HMO members. This includes the development and implementation of medical policy, quality management, health care delivery system interface, and recruitment and training of management and leadership staff. Prior to joining HIP, Dr. Beharie served as Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Physicians Health Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Foundation Health Systems, Inc. Dr. Beharie previously held several regional and corporate positions with FHP Healthcare in Southern California, Arizona and the Asia-Pacific Region, where he had direct bottom-line responsibility. In addition to medical management functions, Dr. Beharie was also responsible for health plan operations, contracting and network development. From 1982 to 1989, he was a practicing Obstetrician/Gynecologist and Chief of OB/GYN for FHP Healthcare in Southern California. Dr. Beharie is involved in several professional organizations, including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American College of Physician Executives and the National Medical Association. Dr. Beharie received his BA and MD degrees from Boston University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Boston City Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident.

Michael J. Miramontes is founder of QuickClass.com. He has over 30 years of business and management experience with 25 years of senior executive management in existing, new venture and start-up enterprises. Mr. Miramontes was most recently a principal, co-founder and Executive Vice President of Shopping.com, an e-commerce retail business that completed its successful IPO in November 1997 and was later sold to a Fortune 500 corporation in February 1999 for $220 million ($291M fully diluted). Mr. Miramontes possesses extensive senior management and executive start-up experience in areas such as Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning/Development, Operations, Human Resource Development and Management, Marketing, Product Merchandising, Web Sales and Information Systems design, multi-retail store sales, design, and multi-store sales management; and has been involved in several successful public business startups over the past 20 years. Mr. Miramontes received his formal education at the University of Southern California and Brigham Young University respectively and is a certified trainer of Franklin Covey Leadership.

Ronald L. Michalenko

Ronald L Michalenko is the Manager of Internal Audit and controller for QuickClass. He has passed the Uniform CPA Examination and has over 20 years of varied accounting experience. Prior to joining QuickClass, Mr. Michalenko was CFO for Cobb Creations, a start-up in waste-to-energy conversion. He has a number of years experience in corporate accounting. At Wells Fargo & Company, he was responsible for overseeing the parent company general ledger, earnings per share calculation and monthly verification that equity from hundreds of subsidiaries matched that of the parent company. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Michalenko was both a divisional and corporate controller for Magnum Resources, Inc., a publicly traded company. At Magnum, he had the final responsibility for the financial statements, cash management and also coordinated two public audits. At World Source Inc., a privately held distributor, he was responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial management. Additional experience includes consulting in several industries and as a seasonal tax manager. Mr. Michalenko has bachelor degrees from the University of North Dakota in Accountancy and Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Management.
