However, clients must understand that during the manufacturing of products, it is not unusual for some errors to appear.We ensure that all steps of producing our product meet our quality standards. If the finished batch of product does not meet these standards, we will be happy to contact our manufacturer to have the product replaced... After the final artwork and pantones are approved, our manufacturer creates your product and mails them to me. Once I've received them, I quality check them to make sure there are no major issues with the batch and then I ship them to you!
