Denny has 20 years experience in sales, sales training and finance management. Along the way he has grown markets and set records at every level in the auto industry. That is coupled with a degree from Lehigh Valley College in Marketing Management. In his career he has grown multiple types of businesses as an employee, an entrepreneur and a consultant including Car Dealerships, insurance agencies, advertising companies and real estate.
Keith began his career in food distribution and product development at McKesson Food & Drug Company in 1988.
Over the past 30 years, Keith has acquired marketing and sales expertise with many high esteemed corporations and has a proven track record for increasing market share and revenue. During this experience, he has developed and nurtured many valuable relationships with major grocery companies, natural retailers, club channels (e.g. Costco, Sam's Club, etc.), convenience stores, drug chains, and food & beverage distributors in the US and foreign countries. He is a CPG Sales and Marketing leader, with in-depth expertise in branded and private label product launches, and has managed globally, brand portfolios of over $1.0B across grocery, club, specialty, natural, mass, drug, C-store, military, and direct to consumer channels. Throughout his tenure, he has owned, operated, and worked with many companies, and has been fortunate enough to enjoy a dynamic, award-winning sales and management career, aiding in the successful growth of a variety of well-known firms and brands.
Not only has Keith worked with and owned various companies; he achieved significant metrics. For example, he has been successful in raising over 50 million dollars for startup companies, immerging brands, and new product development. He has used his superior sales expertise to increase sales, provide market planning and support, oversee new business development, and initiate brand launches for National and Private Label brands worldwide.
Keith has a history of providing customers with unique category specific solutions and innovative product launches through global sourcing of new product suppliers, ingredients, technologies, and packaging options that advance product positioning, improve retail partner profitability, and increase sales.
Also, Keith has proven leadership and business development skills in diverse roles in national/regional brokering and account management in food, beverage, beer, wine, spirits, and health & beauty care sectors. He has demonstrated abilities in the management of multiple projects with cross-functional teams, brand ambiguity, market initiation, and product innovation. He is an internationally recognized leader of sales teams, cultivating passion for the development and motivation of direct performance reports. Keith is extremely adept at vision, flexibility, and receptiveness to change.

Makayla Robidoux spent thirteen years moving across eleven different states before she anchored herself in Charleston, SC. She integrates much of the knowledge she gained from traveling into her work, such as strong communication skills, visualization, and the ability to adapt to virtually any situation.
After discovering her passion for community and business, Makayla enrolled into classes at Southern New Hampshire University, where she has held a 4.0 GPA towards her ultimate goal of obtaining an MBA. Makayla's devotion to learning has transmitted into her work at Rant Solutions, where she spends her time striving to find the best ways to serve our customers through many different platforms.
Marie Constantinou is the Chief Financial Officer of RANT Solutions LLC in Kansas City, Missouri. Prior to working for private companies, Marie was a mechanic on the M1A1 Bradley Fighting Vehicle in the South Carolina Army National Guard. Marie graduated from the University of Phoenix, where she received her degree in Psychology. Her military and educational experience affords her insight into government contract sales and RFP propositions.
Marie has 18 years of experience in human resources, financial operations, financial planning, cost and financial controls, and marketing. Her extensive marketing and financial experience makes her an invaluable asset to RANT Solutions LLC and to our clients.
Utilizing his diverse experience in sales and consulting from Government to the private sector. He brings to Rant Solutions over 15 years' experience in radio, event, and corporate sponsorship sales.
After 8 years of service in the United States Coast Guard, Rob spent a brief stint at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). He then entered the demanding Radio field working for an ESPN Radio affiliate. After a brief on-air career, Rob went on to work for CBS Radio, Cumulus Broadcasting, and Entercom Broadcasting; positions held include Sales Manager, General Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Director of Non-Tradition Revenue. Rob has helped launch several marketing companies' holding positions as President of Sales of R.A.N.T. Solutions and CEO of Streamcast Radio.
