Chelsea Warren is RAM Contracting's Office Administrator where she utilizes her organizational and efficiency skills to keep the internal operations running smoothly. Chelsea comes to RAM from holding similar positions with a psychiatry office and wellness clinic. She is a college graduate with a degree in Culinary Arts. In her spare time, she manages her own private dining company called Simply Savory. She is also a avid reader.

DeAnna Marsh - CFO, CHRO

DeAnna Marsh is the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Director. In her role, she directs and manages the RAM finance and accounting operations, as well as oversees all human resources functions and the company's supplier diversity program. DeAnna Marsh is the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Director. In her role, she directs and manages the RAM finance and accounting operations, as well as oversees all human resources functions including talent management, policy development, benefits administration, training, leadership development and employee relations. She also manages the company's supplier diversity program. Originally from Fort Arthur, Texas, DeAnna studied at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. There she met and married Ray Marsh. They have two sons, Raymond and Ryan. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

Donald C. Vestal

Donald C. Vestal serves as the Project Manager and Estimator for RAM Contracting. He is a Registered Professional Adjuster with over 30 years of management experience in construction. He earned is B.S degree in Construction Engineering and specializes in general contracting, program management, construction management, design-build, and insurance renovation. His has served a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors and provided management, planning, and coordination of projects from the conceptual design phase to facility occupancy and operation. Donald's wide range of construction experience encompasses a 42-Story high rise building, airport taxiway/aviation facilities, water detention basin 110 feet underground, $480 million Fort Worth ISD bond program, retail, restaurants, railroad facilities, medical, as well as custom and tract residential homes. Donald is committed to establishing economic community development by implementing local efforts and supporting national programs to preserve and expand economic empowerment among small contracting firms. He has received recognition and awards for his diligent work for the betterment of the community. A partial list of awards include Mid-Size General Contractor of the Year Award, Quest for Success Award, MBDA Achievement Award, Herman J. Russell Achievement Award, and City of Dallas's Pacific-Akard Pedestrian Walkway Achievement Award. Donald is a member of St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church where he serves as Chairman of the Board and is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., F & A Masons, Leadership Fort Worth, and Regional Black Contractors' Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors. He has been married for thirty-three years to his wife, Sonja and they are the proud parents of Sade, Donniece, and Donovan. He has three grandchildren, Rylie, Paxton, and Harper. He enjoys traveling, basketball, football, Tae Kwon Do and photography.

Mario C. Watkins

Mario C. Watkins serves as RAM Contracting's South Region Director. This encompasses Montgomery, Harris, Galveston, Chambers and Jefferson Counties (Woodlands, Houston, Galveston, Beaumont, Pt. Arthur and surrounding areas). Mr. Watkins has 27 years of Management and Business Development experience. Extensive Project Management, Technical and Electrical experience. Additional experiences include Installation, Analysis and Forecast Specialist, Estimating, Design and Quality Control Specialist, Interior, New Construction and Refurbishing experience. Mr. Watkins has a Bachelor's Degree from Lamar University in Criminal Justice, a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs at Texas Southern University, and a graduate of Texas State University where he obtained his certification as a Certified Public Manager-CPM in 2009. Mr. Watkins also completed the Turner School of Construction Management in 2008 and University of Texas Contractor Development Program 2015. Mr. Watkins' civic involvement includes serving as a member of Texas City Managers Association-TCMA, Urban Management Professionals of Southeast Texas-UMPSET and past board member of Texas Serenity Academy Charter School, San Jacinto College Business Advisory Board, Southeast Keller Corporation-Board of Directors, Neches Federal Credit Union-Board of Directors as well as a past member of the Texas Juvenile Justice Advisory Board appointed by Governor Perry of Texas for (2) consecutive 6-year terms.

Ray Marsh - CEO, Founder

Ray Marsh is the founder and CEO of RAM Contracting, founded in 2001. He is responsible for establishing and managing the short and long-term goals, plans and strategies of the company to ensure growth, profitability and quality execution. He directs and manages all sales, marketing, business operations and professional services. He is responsible for managing relationships with key business partners and customers while setting the overall strategy of the business. Ray formed RAM Contracting LLC in 2001 as a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) contracting firm. The company has expanded to provided Facility Maintenance, Janitorial Services, General Contracting/Construction Management Services. Ray is a native of Galveston, Texas and a graduate of Lamar University with a degree in General Business Industrial Engineering and Management. He has also earned a Business Management Certificate form the prestigious Tuck School of Business graduate school at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire His commitment to the community and the underserved has led him to be deeply involved with a number of organizations driving minority-business inclusion, especially in the construction industry Ray is a founding member and the first president of the Black Contractors Association of Dallas and former board member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council where in participated in the Construction Industry Group and Business Advisory Construction group. Ray has been married to DeAnna for 34 years. They have two sons, Raymond and Ryan. He is also a member of Kappy Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Will Sennette, III

Will Sennette, III serves at RAM Contracting's North Region Director where overseas the operations. Will has over 25 years of Enterprise Business Development and Project Management experience with IBM, Dell, Microsoft and BlackBerry. Will also has Project Management experience with RAM at Toyota and DFW International Airport. An Alumnus of both Morehouse College, Business Administration and University of Phoenix, Project Management Certification, Will is also a member of Westside Baptist Church in Lewisville, TX where he serves on the Usher Board. Will is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity where he served as the 29 th Polemarch of the Dallas Alumni chapter. Will has two children, Julian Sennette (20) and Sydney Sennette (14).
