On Erev Lag B'omer, 5773, (April 26 2013), the 24th anniversary of receiving the Rebbe's historic letter defining the role of the special partnership between the Rebbe and Mr. Perelman, the Rebbe's Partnership Foundation was created to further strengthen and perpetuate this unique relationship.
