Hi, Micky Sage here - I'm a Michiana native with over 26 years experience in martial arts. I'm married and have 3 incredible kids and two very furry dogs. I hold a black belt in both Brazilian and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. I also have a boxing/MMA background and teach self defense.
