Kate Watson is a Fellow Member of the AAT and has worked in various accounting environments for over 20 years. Her significant post-qualification experience includes working with small to medium sized businesses whilst running her own successful accounting practice and working as Manufacturing Accountant for a large multi-national company. She has gained extensive knowledge of various accounting software packages which has become invaluable in her current role. When Kate is not engrossed with data and finance statements, she is in training. Not only is she a muay thai enthusiast but she is also a black belt in kickboxing and karate.
Leon Redhead is among to top pool technicians that Grenada has to offer. With over ten years experience of actively servicing pools, Leon, known to his colleagues as "Joey" has found his work family at ROAM Property Solutions. As a certified plumbing technician, Joey summons upon a range of practical experience in his field. This includes fifteen years with Bleasdille Plumbing in conjunction with his years of service at NAWASA (the local water utility company) and True Blue Bay Resort. When Joey isn't "diving a pool" or resolving property issues, this avid football player (soccer) can be found fishing or tending to his farm.
Nicholas Bernabe known among his associates as the "Duke of all Trades" has successfully led his own pool service business in Grenada for over the past five years. In addition to his bachelor's in IT after years of study in Turks & Caicos, he is well versed and studied in multiple forms of property and pool maintenance; including carpentry, plumbing, welding, landscaping, masonry and electrical work. Nicholas is now focusing his ambition on the development of ROAM Property Solutions where he strives to apply a lifetime of trade knowledge into enhancing the properties trusted in his care. When he's not actively engaged with his work, he can be found trying out new recipes in the kitchen or watching basketball.
Born into a family of real estate executives, Rozelle McBarnette is a natural entrepreneur. Carrying on the tradition, she has spent over the past 10 years as the managing director of RE/MAX Grenada and even more marketing, managing and maintaining properties in Grenada. Rozelle, who has tirelessly worked on setting systems in the local property market to elevate the industry, is a proud member of the Grenada Realtor's Association (GRA) with countless certificates from the highly acclaimed RE/MAX University. With renewed vigor, she has delved into the more specialized world of Luxury Villa Management, where, in addition to sales, she enjoys the on-going relationship and connection with the properties and guests that she encounters. When she's not basking in appreciation of the luxury villas she manages, you can find her making music in the studio or playing an instrument.
